i'm working with another consultant who really likes he.net. i don't know much about them (other than the fact that linode uses them).

does anyone have any experience with their shared hosting plans? is their customer service any good? i'm specifically curious about the shared hosting service rather than their dedicated hosting service (which i assume is above average otherwise linode wouldn't be there). how well is he.net's shared hosting setup/managed/maintained?

hmmm . . ., my initial research says that he.net isn't very responsive to complaints about spam originating from their address space. not good if true.
