Couldn't install Webmin, because Net::SSLeay wouldn't build, either from ebuild or CPAN.

First, try re-emerging Perl. If you've installed any CPAN modules (IE not from ebuilds), remember to do an autobundle first!

If Net::SSLeay still won't build, re-emerge openssl.

If that doesn't work - well, I got it working with the Perl rebuild so I can't help you
