I got an email from support that my cron is sending emails to root@linode.com and I am not sure how to make it stop. I don't mind if it will send me the emails but the problem is I am not even sure where it is getting root@linode.com from? I'm assuming there is some setting somewhere for a sys admin email address?

I am running Fedora Core 6

Thank you!

Try setting the "MAILTO" value in your /etc/crontab file.

Better, make sure that your aliases file (/etc/aliases) is sending 'root' email to a legitimate address.
