i have a really bad tranfer rate
If i try to wget something from internet (e.g. kernal.org) the speed is amazing, but if i make an scp of something or an ftp transfer the speed is ridicoulos like 10 minutes for upload of 4Mb or speed that ar not > of 4kbps.
I use the default debian etch installer with apache, mysql from official mirror.
I see that also the website (plan html with only 1 image ok 40K) is really slow, like 5-7 second.
Can you resolv this issues? Is a problem of dallas117? Or is the normal politics of linode?

I'm guessing there is a network issue somewhere between you and your Linode? What kind of internet connection do you have?
