The Installation Guide (linked to from the download page -
http://www.oracle.com/technology/softwa ... 44/toc.htm) for the Linux version shows 256MB minimum RAM and 512MB recommended (along with 1.5GB disk). It also recommends 2x RAM for swap for a system with between 256MB-512MB RAM, though that could just be a generic Linux recommendation rather than an indication that Oracle is going to be swapping at that scale.
All in all, a best guess is that a Linode 360 might only perform well for fairly small databases. But it certainly seems capable of running an XE server, at least for test purposes.
