Your box is out of memory and oom-killer is running rampant burning down the village in hopes of stopping the plague.

Humm... Thats what I thought, looks like its back to the drawing board on running magento on a 360. Will have to look at a bit more optimization of how I run everything.

I don't think it's Magento so much as you've misconfigured Apache.

Created a new thread in performance section to see if I can resolve these issues.
