I am looking for a free panel of some sort other than Webmin and eBox....

Webmin - Nice but no longer supported and lacks alot of features
eBox - Totally lacks features and is not stable


I run Ubuntu 10.04 so I will need something that runs atop Ubuntu.

Webmin's still supported they released a new version 2 days ago.
