Click on "Deploy a Linux Distribution", and you'll see a link to "Deploy using StackScripts." Click the one you want, answer the questions, press Deploy, receive bacon.

I think about using the LEMP script and it ask me for a SQL root password?

I don't have one since it's a clean install - what do I miss?

You need to specify a new MySQL root password which will be set during the install.
