I, too, would love to see reddit move to Linode. They've been showing me nothing but stupid error messages since they started using EC2, and last week's outage just shaved a few more 9's off of their already poor uptime record. It is the sign of a poorly designed cloud if a single glitch causes multiple datacenters to go down at the same time. Oh, and Amazon isn't cheap, either.
Another part of my soul, however, vehemently opposes any attempt to move reddit to a more reliable provider. Imagine how much productivity the world is going to lose for every additional hour reddit stays up!
