Generally you'll get a quick, detailed response if you provide a detailed description of the problem. In most cases, we can provide you with every step of the process you would need to fix the problem if you provide enough detail. Would probably be more secure than allowing someone else you don't even know to access your server since they'll probably need root access to fix it.
