The server my vm is running got in maintenance and when it ended my vm dont boot.

In dashboard show this:

Success

I cant connect over ssh, and connecting using linsh shows me this:

Since this was caused by linode maintenance, you should probably open a ticket.

Solved, was a issue in /etc/default/locale and a network problema that linode solved.

Also, for a zero-downtime method of doing this, you can clone your linode and try booting the clone. This should simulate an unplanned reboot, if I'm not mistaken, although it would cost you one day of your linode cost pro-rated.
