I'm wondering if anyone can provide insight into the sudden crash of our website. We've had this linode working perfectly without issue for the past 6 months. We have not made any changes. Does anyone have suggested steps to take?

Site is quick to provide the following error:
Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset.

Now FTP states: no route to host
