I just got my own dedicated server.

Since it is an unmanaged server I had to figure out how to do some stuff myself. Like adding an extra IP.
There is no documentation there about adding an IP.

But with having had a linode for about one month I had sufficient training with the documentation at Linode.com to do it myself on the dedicated server.

So the bottom line is that I would recommend having a Linode just for training purposes also.
