I've been dealing with hosting companies now for a good 15 years and have yet to find a better company than Linode. I decided to use Linode after my hosting company started overloading their shared hosts and their dedicated servers were just not up to par with the cost/benefit. When I got here I was a total noob to setting up my own LAMP server and dealing with linux command line. I have to say the support and community here at Linode is so amazingly good and helpful that I was able to get my server running smoothly within the day. I'm now a happy customer of three months and plan on getting another Linode as well as upgrading my current one.
