I'm a newbie to Linux, server setup and the Cloud.

But in just a few short days I'm up and running with using the on-line documentation and Linode Support!

I have 3 other top rated hosting companies for a number of shared servers for approx 100 company public web sites, but none of them compare to the support from Linode!

I post a question in Support, and within minutes I have a reply thats 100% on the mark. The experience with my other server hosts is hours to days, and always a condescending snotty reply like I should know better or I'm troubling them.

Linode is the GOLD STANDARD! Its like having my own in-house server team! THANKS
