That's both upload and download (It's more of 40Mbps out, which is all that is counted against you). And I'm well aware of the implications of using transfer. :)

I see your point, but when working with a network whose point is to make users anonymous (and hence it doesn't log anything) how am I supposed to know that you had a problem with my exit node if you don't send a complaint? ;)
