I'm currently working on host22, as it has experienced a hard drive failure. I'll post more details in a bit.

The primary hard drive (and boot drive) failed hard, requiring the machine to be network-booted. Everything is running off the mirrored drive now. I'll be scheduling downtime for the replacement primary drive sometime later this week.

Linodes are restarting now.
