HE is experiencing routing problems affecting hosts 9-26. I've already contacted them, and it appears it affects a wider range of their clients than just us. I don't currently have an ETA, I'll post more in a bit.

NOTE: You do NOT need to issue reboots.

Just got word from HE -- They corrected a problem between routers, so connectivity should be restored momentarily.
