host48 also (well at least my Linode) was rebooted yesterday. It was only down for less than 15 minutes.

Nah, it should go in one of the many DC's here in Ashburn/Sterling VA. I could always swing by and swap a few cables for you guys on the way home from work... heh. :)

Seriously, there are many offerings around here. I've been pretty pleased with Equinix so far. They seem to have their act together, though granted we've done all our own installation and cabling.

LOL, I remember that tornado. Pretty rare here, actually... And the Equinix datacenter is pretty sturdy... it even has earthquake-resistant reinforcements. :)

Hah. I've lived through seeing, in r/l, about 7-8 tornadoes. I'm not that scared of them anymore.
