Linodes are restarting now.

Good news, at least: I've been able to capture these last few panics! Still no word back from the UML devs, but one hypothesis is that there's a ptrace bug in Linux. Also, others have reported similar problems with the version of SKAS that we're using. So, we're in the waiting stage right now.

I also upgraded the host to 2.6.13-rc6.
