newark8 reboot itself. We installed our latest deployment stack and Linodes are coming up now.

How long, roughly, does it take after noticing that a host is down to reboot it and restore the Linodes?

Just a few minutes under normal circumstances. We monitor all of our equipment with some special sauce mikegrb cooked up.
