Good evening,

We are still experiencing issues with newark111, and caker is currently diagnosing the problem. We are aware your Linodes are offline, and we have a couple solutions on the table.

An update to this situation will be coming very soon, please stay tuned.

Thanks

All,

We have performed maintenance on newark111 and rebuilt its Xen stack. Customer Linodes are now running, and we are keeping a close eye on the host.

We'd like to apologize once again for the intermittent problems with this host.

Okay, this one is back. We are currently in the process of executing a host swap on newark111, to alleviate this recurring issue. A clean Linode host has been prepared and we are transferring customer data now.

We will have further updates as soon as the data center gives us word on the operation. We are moving quickly on this.

Sorry again for the continued inconvenience, and I'm personally sorry if your Nagios or Cacti got you up at this hour.

J

Good (morning) all,

We've completed the host swap, and all customer Linodes are booted and responsive. Uptime on newark111 is currently 8 minutes, and everything looks really good. I'm monitoring the situation closely, and please don't hesitate to file a ticket if you see any sign of trouble again.

This should take care of it, though.

Thanks for sticking with us, and we sincerely apologize for any difficulty the newark111 saga has caused you this evening.
