We are diagnosing a network issue affecting connectivity for some customers in Atlanta at this time. We are aware of the problems, and will provide an update soon.

Thank you for your continued patience.

EDIT (11:57p): We have narrowed the cause of the problem, and work is underway to resolve it.

Networking should be behaving for Atlanta customers at this time. We are still closely monitoring the situation. If you experience a problem with network connectivity on your Linode in Atlanta (high packet loss, latency) please file a ticket so we can have a look.

Thanks again for bearing with us.

We are also aware of issues with a couple of our DNS servers, and are working that problem as well.
