newark4 became unresponsive to our monitoring and required an emergency reboot. Linodes are booting back up now.

Another reboot. This time we upgraded the Xen stack of this machine. We'll monitor this host for additional problems. Linodes are coming back on line now.

We have configured migrations to a new host for everyone on newark4.
