Host11 was power cycled, for as of now an unknown reason.

Linodes are restarting now. Will post a follow-up when I know more.

I had an HE tech take a look at the server -- all the connections, cables, etc are securely in place, and there wasn't any work going on near that cabinet. Right now I suspect a "double-free" bug in ebtables, but this is unconfirmed. Time to start digging in the code.
