Would Like to see these features implemented in the future 8)
- Shared Hardware Firewall (with web gui for control)
- License leasing for control panels (such as cPanel) so I can have billing all under the same bill
- Memory usage graph to compliment the Disk, CPU, Network graphs
- Ability to re-open a ticket (issues can come back)
- Maybe more network viability like sFlow, NetFlow etc..
- SSD storage option (I understand this is in review awaiting price falls for enterprise grade SSDs)
- Uptime reports of host server

"Reverse DNS records for secondary IPs or more" -- What do you mean by that? You can set reverse DNS for any of your IPv4 or IPv6 addresses from the Remote Access tab.

"Ability to re-open a ticket (issues can come back)" -- Unlikely to happen, but you're certainly welcome to open a new ticket and reference the previous one.

"Memory usage graph to compliment the Disk, CPU, Network graphs" -- Not something we can graph from our side like the other graphs on your Dashboard, but have you checked out Longview? ( http://library.linode.com/longview )

Hello,

On the first IP I am able to configure a reverse DNS, on the additional purchase IP it gives me no such options to edit this. When I click edit reverse DNS I do see both IPs but when I make a change it only seems to change on the first IP.

I have LongView subscribed but removed it recently as I have done a clean install of cPanel, is it compatible in regards to not affecting it once it installs its own components?

When you do a forward lookup on the Reverse DNS page for a hostname that points to the other IP, you'll be prompted to set that as the reverse DNS for that IP.

Longview, as far as I am aware, shouldn't affect cPanel or other tools; it's reading, not writing.

Just installed longview again, so will see how it gets on and report any bugs.

And yep its not detecting the hostname on A record for second IP so only applies to first IP.

What hostname are you testing, and what addresses should it be resolving to?
