My last job queue shows that my linode successfully booted, but on the main Members page the Linode Status box says my linode is "Powered Off" and gives me a Boot button.

Your Linode booted, and then died for some reason.

Linode status will always reflect the real time (within 60 seconds) status of your machine.

The Job Queue will just show which jobs were dispatched to your Host server.
