This is obvious & I'm surprised to find a missing feature.
Whild generating support ticket from manager.linode.com We do not have option to upload/attach file for support tickets.
I always have to rely on external cloud storage/sharing system to share the link.

Is the feature already there? Am I missing something?

I'm not aware of this feature currently being available. I also think this would be very useful.
