I love the Linode iPad app, and think its a great idea.

It would be even better if the app allowed the viewing, replying and creating of support tickets.

I hope you can look into this.

I also support this. The iOS app doesn't even have any support for the iPad. iPad users either have to use it small or blown up, which looks terrible. I think a separate tablet version with more functionality for the larger screen would be good.

I think that Linode staff might be worried about having to translate tons of shorthand typing if the mobile apps allow support tickets.
