The Citadel guides should be updated to include how to disable account registration since spammers could use the default open registration to mass create spam email accounts.

Ok. I'll do that.

The installation guides don't seem to have configuration much, but in this case it seems like it's worth mentioning. The Citadel layout is also very confusing and solutions are nearly impossible to Google.
