a month ago I reported a bug of host26, I writed some posts in this forum and I opened a support ticket.
Now, after a month, host26 is not working correctly and my support ticket haven't been answered. What can I do?? Between 10 am and 12 am (GTM +1), not all time, host 26 becomes VERY SLOW (now I'm trying to connect to ssh
username@host26.linode.com and it do not responds).
I don't know what to do, I'm paying for a service and I dont happy with it. I lile Linode and I like this system to host my webpages and domains... but I don't like if I can't work between some hours.... I have some customers who are using my linode and they are not very happy.
Please! Do something to solve this problem!!!
