 Post subject: renaming linodes

doesn't seem to work. I mean renaming the accounts that were once linked and now merged :)

Howdy,
Renaming the linode, doesnt rename the username that you need to connect with to use lish. That will stay the same. From my understanding all new nodes will have a lish username of linodeXXX that you will use to connect.

Hope this explains what i think your issue is.

No, I mean on https://www.linode.com/members/linode/, when you go to (rename), it doesn't work. It just goes to https://www.linode.com/members/linode/label.cfm, which you can enter all you like, the Save button doesn't work. :D

Oh.. well thats very wierd cause i renamed all the linodes that i had merged when the accounts joined.. Is it browser related?

Yep, it doesn't work in IE7 but it does in FF. Weird.
