Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe blacklists would prevent you from
receiving email. That points to a configuration error on your part, or perhaps DNS hasn't changed, or your MX entries are incorrect...

How do I go about getting a refund?
I wasn't able to determine from your ticket if you DO want to cancel. Let me know, and I'll arrange the refund as you requested.
As far as this general BL issues goes: I've contacted/nagged/bugged both ThePlanet and Hurricane Electric. Again, these *shouldn't be* Linode IP-range specific blocks (as I don't put up with spammers) -- these are huge, ISP-wide entries in these black lists. Most sane email administrators recognize this as idiotic and simply don't use them. Regardless, keeping the IPs clean is a priority.
