I need this fixed. If I cant get my email, I dont need the service.
How do I go about getting a refund?

bshuler - While I am not Chris, are you still seeing the SUBJECT of this topic as an issue?

As an example, I just checked my primary MX, which is hosted via linode, at openrbl.org and came up with "1 positive, 30 negatives".

The one positive was a broken response from "block.blars.org" and doesn't count.

This topic, i believe, was unposted to for over a month until you brought this back up.

I don't currently see any issue.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe blacklists would prevent you from receiving email. That points to a configuration error on your part, or perhaps DNS hasn't changed, or your MX entries are incorrect...

I wasn't able to determine from your ticket if you DO want to cancel. Let me know, and I'll arrange the refund as you requested.

As far as this general BL issues goes: I've contacted/nagged/bugged both ThePlanet and Hurricane Electric. Again, these *shouldn't be* Linode IP-range specific blocks (as I don't put up with spammers) -- these are huge, ISP-wide entries in these black lists. Most sane email administrators recognize this as idiotic and simply don't use them. Regardless, keeping the IPs clean is a priority.
