I know this was asked some time ago, but I'd like to put a request in for shared storage within a datacenter. It would have some great advantages over storing data locally on the individual linodes:
1. more available storage.
2. better failover - another linode can mount the file-system and serve the latest data if the first linode crashes
3. ability to experiment with oracle rac and other technologies that require shared storage

I'm sure there are more... I'm going to try out this "Add a Poll" feature...

If you look arround on the forums, you will see that Caker has mentioned that shared storage is currently in BETA/WIP. So putting a poll in is kinda pointless, since they are already working on it..
