I got an error email every hour on newly installed archlinux:

Code:
/etc/cron.hourly/adjtime: line 3: 27242 Segmentation fault      /sbin/hwclock --adjust

I tried archlinux in virtualbox, and it has no this problem.
So it is a linode bug?

There's no hwclock on linode. You can safely delete /etc/cron.hourly/adjtime

I'm running Arch as well and get no such error. Is it a difference between Xen and UML?
