Hi,

i'd like to have, on my support panel, a button to directly close tickets withous asking it every time to the support team.

Don't think it's so difficult to add this feature.

Thankyou!

Tickets close automatically (at least mine have) when there's no update after a short period of time - no need to ask support to close them.

I suppose having a way to cancel an outstanding request is useful, but you can presumably do that now by just adding a relevant comment, and then letting the ticket close naturally.

If we set them to auto-close. It's up to us, per-ticket.

Not difficult, but we prefer having control over it. In cases like Abuse tickets, we'd like them to remain open until we feel that they're resolved. Rather than code around it with a Close Ticket button for customers, we've elected at this point to keep closing tickets ourselves.

I think we should let customers choose priorities. Like Low, Medium, and High.

If we got a lot more tickets than we do now, I might hear you out - however, that priority might set an expectation that a ticket will be handled more quickly than "medium" or "low". (Indeed, that's its purpose.)

I feel guilty when I open a low priority ticket and you guys work on it on the weekend. However, if I don't open it, I have to write a note to myself to open it Monday. That's not convenient, either. Maybe it'd make more sense if I could do a ticket like in Outlook, where I can schedule it for submission on Monday.

Don't feel guilty and just submit it!

Ok, that's up to you.

My idea was just to simplify your work! :D
