I know this is, Linode (Linux node), but what are the chances of getting some BSD nodes?

It's been done: http://www.linode.com/wiki/index.php/BSD_Howto

It will likely become easier as Xen support in *BSD improves (and/or as more people try it and update the documentation). -rt
