I don't think this even qualifies as bug-worthy so I'm just posting here instead of initiating a support ticket.
As of the time of posting, there is a routing issue with level3.net that cuts off access to theplanet.com (and a large chunk of the US not on the west coast), if your only route to the US has to go through level3, like my shitty ISP does.

This in effect also cuts off connectivity to linodes hosted at theplanet (again, only if your only route to theplanet has to pass through level3).
