Compete with Rackspace on this. No charging for incoming bandwidth would be quite useful in keeping heavy bandwidth users here.

This is already the case, only outgoing (from your linode) is charged.

Even if Linode still did charge for inbound, they would still beat the crap out of Rackspace's prices.
No idea why anyone would host anything at Rackspace ever....
