Hi Linode guys,

Just wondering if it is possible to have a memory graph in the linode admin web page. Linode already got a cpu graph, IO, and ip traffic. A memory graph would be an awesome addition

Cheers
Toby

That would be impossible; the host machine can know how much CPU time you're using because that's a shared dynamic resource, same with IO and network traffic, but it has no way of knowing how much of your fixed quantity of RAM has been allocated by the OS inside the VM.

You can generate your own graphs using munin, it's easy to setup and creates lots of really useful graphs. They're a nice alternative to the Linode ones.
