Hi.

I was trying to send an email to someone in China and the message bounced because it was blocked by proxies.relays.monkeys.com.

Code:
Service unavailable; Client host [64.62.231.90] blocked using proxies.relays.monkeys.com; And the horse you rode in on! (in reply to RCPT TO command

I want to monkeys.com and there wasn't an easy way to tell why the IP was blocked... I have no idea how to fix whatever could be wrong (and I did send a message to the same address before, and it worked).

Did anyone else have problems with this blocklist before?

The monkeys.com anti-spam lists were shut down in 2003. Check this page - looks like your correspondent's ISP has messed something up.

Ah, thanks a lot!
So that's why monkeys.com isn't listed in dnsstuff.com smap blocklists...
I'll contact their postmaster.
