What is the best BitTorrent client to run on Linode?
I am playing with TorrentFlux, but it hasn't impressed me much.

I've found rtorrent works nicely. Be sure to set in .rtorrent.rc:

encryption=allow_incoming,try_outgoing,enable_retry
port_range=10000-60000
port_random=yes
