I have not be able to find a "Set" number anywhere of what our token rate is on the different level of linode service.

Basically I want to know if my server running at 4k i/o per sec is going to run out eventually or not

My understanding is that the way xen works is different and there is no io tokens, more you just get 'niced' down if your hammering to much.. I believe the xen subsystem takes care of all of that to ensure an equal spread of resources where required.
