So,

I am trying to install lighthttpd + PHP + MySQL us I am newbie with linux I am trying to follow some tutorials, unfortunately none of them seem to work for me, as PHP gets installed but lighthttpd not.

I am running CentOS 5, so I used this tutorial: http://eazynet.de/running_a_centos_serv ... uirrelmail

But for some reason lighthttpd does not get installed, and directories are not created, such ase etc/lighthttpd...

what da hell should I do?

Download the RPM and install it? Or build it from source?
