I noticed there's no real way to find out more about the company and its origins - at least, not at first glance. I realize this is probably not a priority for you, but it would be a good idea, especially for those potential customers who want to be reassured that you're not some fly-by-night operation.

Not that your suggestion would be a bad thing, but the 5+ years of history in the forums should be a good clue to potential customers that Linode isn't a "fly-by-night" operation.

No no no... what's the story of linode.com? Why did caker start it? The web site needs a story. Ok, I get that it's unmanaged hosting, which is why I'm here, but a nice narrative piece about caker, his dream, and linode's history would be a nice addition. It's the sort of puffery (and personality) that many humans are innately attracted to.
