After I used the Distro Wizard to get RedHat 9.0 (Large) added to my linode, I attempted to boot the server.

It failed with Host Message: "Filesystem /linodes/caker not found. Boot aborted."

I forgot to truncate the Images table, so you ended up with records you shouldn't have. This has been repaired in the DB.
