I was able to sign up and "pay" using the credit card without problems. But, then I came back, signed in and then tried to add more ram to my "account" I got an error (that freature is not available) so I tried to go back to the original amount of RAM I had signed up with and it didn't recognize that I was already signed in and would not let me sign in again...username already used I think was the error I got...which was of course true because I was really already logged in.

I logged out and logged back in using the password that I had used to sign up for my "account" (testing4chris) but wasn't let in and had to use the password that I usually use for nontesting purposes in order to get to the forum to give you this message.

It could be that the trouble comes from me having just signed up and then trying to access the account and mess with it...maybe too soon for your systems to really know who I am yet??

good luck

Hello Meg, thanks for checking things out...

So, you signed up successfully, logged in, went to the Members/Extras page, tried to add more ram, and then did you ge this message:

"We're sorry, but your extra RAM or HD selection is unavailable, or Linodes of this type are no longer available."

If that's the case, everyone else has used up the "extra" RAM, so all that is left is 64 for each remaining new account.

The site emails me when a CF error occurs, and I didn't get any - so I'm not sure you hit an actual error, but if you have a suggestion for making things make more sense, I'm all ears.
