Hi,

Just installed my 540 linode, but I am experiencing some problems, I think caused by apache. I am using centos 5.3 64 bits, installed latest php and mYsql. I am running a blog (wordpress) and a e-commerce site based on magento (latest version). I also installed apc for caching.
Each page request seems to incereease the memory that apche uses.

Are there any services that I can stop to free more memory? How can I tweak apache to reduce the posibility to get an OOM error?




Anyone any ideas?

i read this...

free RAM: 227MB
swap used: 0

i think it's not OOM error, u still have plenty RAM and no swap being used

If you're using the prefork MPM, try reducing MaxClients:
