We've received reports from customers of brief networking trouble in our Newark datacenter, and also reports that it has cleared up. We are investigating at this time, and would appreciate any mtr or traceroute data from the time.

We are monitoring the situation and will update with any information we receive from our upstream provider.

Initial reports appear to indicate some kind of temporary network outage at the IX where Newark peers to the rest of the Internet (quite far upstream from us). We're still investigating, but are confident at this point that the issue is resolved.

Please let us know if you experience any further issues.
